What You Need

Admission Requirements

  • Completed and signed Application Form (obtain from the school office or download below)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs of the applicant
  • Attendance at an in-person entrance examination held at the school

ⓘ No other documents are required at the time of application. Parents and guardians will be informed of the entrance examination date after submitting the form.

Open for All Levels

We currently accept applications for:

  • 🖍️ Pre-School (Creche–KG) - New entrants (age 1–5)
  • 🎒 Basic 1 - New entrants (age 4–6)
  • 📚 Basic 2–6 - Transfer students
  • 🎓 JHS 1 - New JHS entrants
  • 🏫 JHS 2–3 - Transfer students

ⓘ Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend applying early as spaces are limited.

How to Apply

Application Process

Three simple steps to secure your child's place at Charity Preparatory School.

Obtain & Complete the Form

Collect the application form from our admissions office during school hours, or download it from this page. Fill it in fully and attach two passport-size photographs.

Submit to School Office

Return the completed form together with the passport photographs to our admissions office. You will be informed of the entrance examination date.

Entrance Examination

Applicants will come to the school on the scheduled date to sit an age-appropriate entrance examination. Results will be communicated to parents thereafter.

Receive Admission Letter

Successful candidates will receive an official admission letter with details on school fees, supplies, and the orientation programme.
